Brian was my listing agent for selling my townhouse and I was very impressed with how often he would show up at the house to make sure everything still looked good for potential buyers. His stager did a fantastic job and then Brian added a few personal touches of his own that helped to show the house even better: Fresh flowers, fresh bowl of fruit and some glassy babies too.
He asked me to write a list of things I'd miss after I moved away and put that list out for buyers to read which I thought was really cool.
The townhouse sold pretty quickly and we got a little over asking price.
