The lack of Seattle’s inventory drives people to the outlying areas. Fortunately, my recent sales/buyers did not compete in multiple offers in~ Mill Creek, Renton, Sammamish, West Seattle and So. Beacon Hill. According to the Puget Sound Business Journal, this trend  could go on for years.
