Homes for Sale in Chinatown-International District

One of Seattle’s oldest neighborhoods, Chinatown emerged just on the outskirts of Pioneer Square in the 1880’s.  As you might expect, the neighborhood is rich with history, culture and serves as a major hub on the West Coast for the Asian American community.  It’s a mixed use neighborhood of businesses, boutique shops, a variety of ethnic Asian restaurants, museums, and borders the SODO district with both sport stadiums.  A main stop for tourists and locals is Uwajimaya Village, one of the largest Asain American retailers in the region.  With many changes over the century, the Chinatown-International District remains a vital community.
